Hello, as a reasonably frequent user.

The marketing of the facilities of the library have much to be desired, in fact the marketing of the library is non-existent at street level. The music section to bring in younger members of the community needs total overhaul. The personnel behind the desk need direction and motivation, maybe a good opportunity to bring in volunteers to pep up the status quo. 

Libraries take on the look of Post offices, old and boring.

Please do not reduce the hours as this, as in most businesses, will be the start of a slow death.
